I spent more than 20 years serving my country as an aerospace engineer and leader -- first as a U.S. Air Force Officer and later as a defense-industry contractor -- guiding high-stakes research and development programs where precision and purpose mattered most.
Today, through 39A, I serve a new mission: empowering women in STEM to design careers and lives that feel aligned, confident, and unstoppable!
My focus is on high performance coaching that helps women in STEM build the confidence, clarity, and the courage to launch bold, fulfilling, and balanced careers.

Why Are We Named "39A"?
Inspired by Launchpad 39A at Kennedy Space Center, the site where Apollo missions ignited dreams and carried humanity to the Moon. 39A represents courage, preparation and lift-off – that moment when vision turns into action!
